Meent is supporting Le Grand-Bornand Tourism (SEM) in recruiting its Deputy Director on permanent position.
The charm and authenticity of a mountain village... Right in the heart of the Aravis Massif in Haute-Savoie, ideally located between Mont Blanc, Lake Annecy and Switzerland, Le Grand-Bornand offers the best of the Alps!
A Famille Plus, Flocon Vert and Accueil Vélo accredited resort, Le Grand-Bornand, with its 2,200 permanent residents and 25,000 tourist beds, is both a major ski village in winter and a must-see mountain destination in summer.
Its sports, events, arts and culture program is a benchmark for the French mountains - Biathlon World Cup, Tour de France, “Au bonheur des mômes” international children's festival, “Glisse en Coeur” charity event - and the prospect of hosting the 2030 French Alps Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Le Grand-Bornand Tourism, a category 1 tourist office, has a staff of 40, including 30 permanent employees. The structure handles the reception and management of tourist information, the promotion of the destination in France and internationally, the marketing of accommodation and activities, a summer/winter entertainment policy, the coordination and organization of major events, and the development of a cultural policy.
