Meent is supporting Le Mans Endurance Management, the organizing body of the World Endurance Championship, in recruiting its HR Business Partner on permanent position.
Le Mans Endurance Management (LMEM) was established in 2012 in the Le Mans region of France, an iconic location for endurance motor racing. The company specializes in organizing global motorsport championships, including the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC), the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), the Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC), and the Ligier European Series (LES).
Thanks to its recognized expertise and the quality of its services, LMEM has attracted a prestigious clientele, including major car manufacturers, competing teams, sponsors, and partners. Today, LMEM is firmly established in the world of motorsport and continues to enhance the experience for participants and spectators at its events.
This is a newly created position, part of the ongoing structuring of the teams behind both the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the European Le Mans Series (ELMS).
The primary objective of this role will initially be to structure all HR processes and establish a framework that supports the deployment of an HR strategy, which the HR Manager will help to define. The HR Manager will report directly to both the General Management and the Operational Management team.
